These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of this website, which is operated under the name Automatrix AI.

Automatrix AI is an independently operated business name based in Pakistan. It is not a separate incorporated legal entity. References to “we”, “us” and “our” refer to the business operating under the name Automatrix AI.

By using the website you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.

These Terms cover the website only. If you hire us, the services we provide will be governed by a separate written agreement signed by both parties. If that agreement conflicts with these Terms, the signed agreement applies.

Automatrix AI provides AI automation, AI agents and assistants, workflow automation, business process automation, AI-powered website development and custom web application development for businesses.

The descriptions, examples and process explanations on this website are general information. They are not an offer, a quotation or a promise of particular results. The scope, price, timeline and terms of any project are set only in a written proposal and agreement for that project.

You may use the website to learn about our services, contact us and share a review of our work. When you do:

• the website is for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13. If you are under 13, do not send us an inquiry or a review without the consent of a parent or guardian where the law requires it;
• the information you send must be accurate and must be your own, or information you are allowed to share;
• if you act for a business, you confirm you are authorised to contact us on its behalf;
• you must follow all laws that apply to your use of the website.

You must not:

• use the website for anything unlawful, fraudulent or harmful;
• send spam, or use bots, scripts or other automated means to submit forms or collect content from the website;
• try to get around our security measures, including bot detection and submission limits;
• try to access the administration area or any account or data you are not authorised to use;
• upload or send malware or anything designed to disrupt or damage the website;
• impersonate another person or business, or misrepresent your connection with anyone;
• submit content that is false, defamatory, abusive, discriminatory or that infringes anyone’s rights.

Sending an inquiry does not create a contract or a client relationship. It does not oblige you to hire us, and it does not oblige us to accept your project, provide a proposal or reply, although we aim to respond to genuine inquiries.

We use the contact details you provide to reply to your inquiry by email. Your WhatsApp number is optional. We contact you on WhatsApp only if you tick the optional WhatsApp box when you send your inquiry, and only about that inquiry. You can withdraw that consent at any time by contacting us, and we will then stop contacting you on WhatsApp.

Please do not send confidential or sensitive information through the contact form. Any confidentiality obligations between us apply only once they are agreed in writing, for example in a non-disclosure agreement.

Your responsibilities

When you submit a review, you confirm that:

• it describes your own genuine experience of working with Automatrix AI;
• it is honest and is not misleading or defamatory;
• it does not include other people’s personal information or anyone’s confidential information;
• you have not been paid or offered anything in return for writing it, unless you clearly say so in the review.

Moderation

Reviews are not published automatically. An administrator approves or rejects each one, and only approved reviews appear on the website. The homepage shows the 24 most recent approved reviews.

We apply the same criteria to every review, whatever its rating or tone. We do not reject reviews because they are negative, and we do not reject reviews because they criticise us. We reject, or later withdraw, a review only if it is spam, advertising, automated or a duplicate; we reasonably believe it does not describe a genuine experience of our services; it is unrelated to our services; it contains abusive, threatening, discriminatory or unlawful content; it includes personal or confidential information; or you ask us to withdraw it. An administrator must record which of these reasons applies. An administrator can also restore a review that was previously rejected.

Permission to publish

You keep ownership of your review. By submitting it, you give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide permission to publish your name, company name (if given), rating, review text and submission date on this website. We publish your review as you wrote it and do not edit its wording; we only remove invisible formatting characters and spaces at the beginning and end. You can ask us to withdraw your review from the website at any time by contacting us. Because we cannot edit a review, the way to correct one is to ask us to withdraw it and then submit a new one.

The website, including its text, design, graphics, logo and the Automatrix AI name, is owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. You may view the website and share links to it. You may not copy, republish, sell or reuse its content or branding for commercial purposes without our written permission.

Ownership of anything we create for a client is set out in that client’s written agreement, not in these Terms.

This website describes services that use artificial intelligence. The website itself does not provide AI tools for visitors to use. Examples of automations and AI features shown on the website are illustrations and do not describe results for any particular business.

AI systems can produce outputs that are inaccurate, incomplete or unsuitable, and their behaviour can change when the underlying AI models change. AI-generated output should be reviewed by a person before it is relied on for important decisions. How any AI system we build for a client is tested, used, monitored and supported, and what results it is expected to achieve, will be agreed in that client’s written agreement.

The website relies on third-party services, such as Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks our forms for bots and is subject to Cloudflare’s own terms. The website may also link to services we do not control, such as WhatsApp.

We are not responsible for third-party websites or services, their content, or their privacy practices. Your use of them is governed by their own terms.

We aim to keep the website available, but we do not guarantee that it, or any part of it such as the contact or review forms, will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free or secure. It may be unavailable because of maintenance, updates, problems with our service providers or events outside our control.

We may change, suspend or remove any part of the website at any time.

If a form submission fails, please try again or contact us another way. We cannot respond to an inquiry we did not receive.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, this website and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Automatrix AI does not guarantee that the website will always be available, uninterrupted, secure or free from errors, or that all information published on it will always be complete or up to date.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Automatrix AI and the individual operating the business shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, including loss of profits, revenue, business opportunities, goodwill or data, arising from or connected with your access to, use of, or inability to use this website.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, or restricts any mandatory statutory or consumer rights available to you under applicable law.

These limitations apply only to your use of this website. Any paid automation, consulting, software development or other services provided by Automatrix AI will be governed by a separate written agreement, where applicable.

To the extent the law allows, you agree to compensate us for claims, losses and reasonable costs, including legal fees, that arise from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the website, or content you submit that infringes someone else’s rights. This does not apply to the extent a loss was caused by our own fault, or where the law where you live does not permit it.

We may restrict or block your access to the website or its forms, reject submissions or remove content you have submitted if we reasonably believe you have broken these Terms, are misusing the website, or are putting the website or other people at risk. You may stop using the website at any time.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will publish the updated version on this page and change the “Last updated” date at the top. Changes apply from the date they are published and do not affect anything that happened before then. If you continue to use the website after a change, the updated Terms apply to that use.

These Terms, and your use of this website, are governed by the laws of Pakistan.

If you have a concern about the website, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it informally. If we cannot, disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the website will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan having competent jurisdiction.

This choice of law and courts does not take away the protection of any mandatory law of the country where you live, including consumer protection rules that cannot be excluded or changed by agreement. If such a law gives you the right to bring a claim in the courts where you live, or entitles you to its protections, nothing in these Terms prevents you from doing so, and choosing the laws and courts of Pakistan does not remove any obligation we owe you under such mandatory laws.
